This policy explains which data is used in the WhatsApp messaging platform offered to client companies and for which purposes.

This policy applies to the platform that allows each client company to connect its own WhatsApp Business number and serve its customers.
The platform is operated by Totta Consultoria e Sistemas LTDA, CNPJ 58.616.470/0001-64, under the Inteligencialy brand.
Messages exchanged between the client company and its customers through the connected number.
The client company's WhatsApp account and phone number identifiers required to maintain the connection and deliver messages.
The data is used exclusively to receive, organize, and deliver the client company's customer service.
Each client company can see only its own conversations in the environment provided to it.
Messages and identifiers are not used for any other purpose.
The client company authorizes the connection itself through Meta's official Embedded Signup. The platform uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
A client company may request deletion of its data and the conversations associated with its connected number by emailing inteligencialy@inteligencialy.com from an authorized contact. The request must identify the company, the connected number, and the data to be deleted.
A person who has exchanged messages with a client company must submit the deletion request directly to the company responsible for the WhatsApp number. That company confirms the relationship to the conversation and intermediates the deletion request with Inteligencialy through the same email channel.
Inteligencialy confirms receipt by email. After validating the requester's identity and the scope of the request, it provides an estimated completion time through the same channel and confirms when deletion is complete. This time is determined according to the technical scope of each request.
Disconnecting the WhatsApp Business number stops the platform from receiving new messages. Disconnection alone does not replace a request to delete existing data.
