One credential for all clients
Each client of your product connects its own number. You tell connections apart with the identifier you already use in your database.
Software companies integrate WhatsApp into their own products with a single API, and each client company can connect its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official screen. Everything is built on Meta's official Cloud API.
The platform is operated by Totta Consultoria e Sistemas LTDA under the Inteligencialy brand.
You run a product, such as scheduling, ERP, CRM, delivery or clinic management, and want to offer official WhatsApp to your clients inside it.
Explore the APIYou want to serve your customers from your company's own number, with a ready-made system and no integration work.
See how it worksInstead of each of your clients hiring and setting up WhatsApp on their own, your product integrates our API once and offers the connection inside the product.
Each client of your product connects its own number. You tell connections apart with the identifier you already use in your database.
With Coexistence, the client connects the WhatsApp Business account it already uses and keeps replying from the phone app, while your product talks through the same number.
With Coexistence, the API asks Meta for up to six months of conversations and the phone's contact list, so your product does not start from scratch.
The message templates your product uses are created automatically in each client's account on connection, and go to Meta's review without anyone opening Meta's dashboard.
You declare the billing category you accept for each template, and the idempotency key prevents the same message from being sent twice.
Your product reads conversations and messages, replies inside the 24-hour window and can queue a reply until the contact writes again.
Your backend asks the API to start a connection for a client and receives the address of Meta's screen.
The client completes Meta's official Embedded Signup and returns to your product.
Your backend confirms the connection, and the API turns on message delivery and creates your product's templates.
From then on, your product reads and sends messages through the API, from the client's own number.
The solution was developed so businesses can use their own WhatsApp Business channel to serve their own customers.
The platform is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
Each company connects its own WhatsApp Business number and keeps that number as the channel for conversations with its customers.
The client company authorizes the connection itself through Meta's official Embedded Signup within the system we provide.
The flow keeps the client company in control of the number and the conversations used in its operation.
The client company completes Meta's official Embedded Signup within the system and authorizes the connection of its own WhatsApp Business account and number.
Once connected, the company receives on the platform the messages its customers send to the authorized number.
The company replies there, manually or with automation support, always using its own number to serve its own customers.
The platform uses only the data required to deliver each client company's messaging service.
The exchanged messages and the client company's WhatsApp account and phone number identifiers are used exclusively to receive, organize, and deliver that company's customer service.
Each client company can see only its own conversations. This data is not used for any other purpose.
The platform supports practical communication flows between each company and its own customers.
The company can confirm dates and times with a customer through the WhatsApp Business number it connected.
The team can receive questions and reply to requests in a conversation associated with the company's own number.
Appointment reminders, schedule change notices and operational announcements sent with approved templates.
A product can notify end customers about events, such as an order being ready or a payment confirmed, using utility templates.

Replying to a contact inside the 24-hour window opened by their message does not use a template.
To send templates, the client company needs a payment method registered in its Meta account. The API returns a specific error when it is missing.
Yes. The platform is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform, using Meta's official Cloud API. It is not WhatsApp Web automation.
With Coexistence, yes: the number stays in the WhatsApp Business phone app and also on the API. Meta turns off some features on that number, such as disappearing messages, view once, live location and broadcast lists. With the standard connection, the number works only through the API.
Yes. The API was designed for that: one integration of your product serves all your clients, and each one connects its own number. Each client sees only its own conversations.
Your client authorizes the connection on Meta's official screen, inside your product, and the WhatsApp account remains theirs. Templates go through Meta's review before the first send.
