WhatsApp Platform Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the WhatsApp messaging platform that Inteligencialy provides to client companies.

Contracting and client company responsibilities
The service may be contracted by businesses or organizations represented by a person authorized to accept these Terms and authorize the connection of the WhatsApp Business number.
The client company is responsible for the content it sends, the instructions given to its users, and the customer service provided through the connected number.
The client company is also responsible for the origin and use of its own contact list, for obtaining the necessary permissions, and for complying with the rules applicable to its communications.
Authorization and disconnection
The client company itself authorizes the connection of its WhatsApp Business account and number through Embedded Signup provided by Meta.
The client company may disconnect or request the disconnection of its number at any time. Disconnection stops the platform from receiving new messages from that number.
Dependence on the WhatsApp Business Platform
The service depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Features, message delivery, and the availability of that infrastructure are subject to the policies, technical requirements, and availability determined by Meta.
Inteligencialy operates its own platform independently. These Terms do not claim or establish an official partnership, representation, or corporate relationship with Meta.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inteligencialy is not liable for interruptions or changes caused by Meta, telecommunications providers, internet connections, third-party services, or actions of the client company, nor for the content and contact list used by that company.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory venue.
